Me and Kimi’s plan today(IF WE WERE BACK HOME) was to sit at the park next to Waikiki Shell, with our easy up tent, a cooler of beer, some poke from Foodland, and Kimi cooking her pulehu steak while we listen to all the great jams from the park.

It was cool until I saw the mahout hit the elephant with a sharp hook called an ankus which is how they train their elephants. And I’ve read the wooden chairs that they put on their back for tourists to sit on for trekking gives them back problems later on in life.
